I am alone and afraid
I wonder if the pain will ever go away
I hear the happiness around me
I see the shadows
I want to feel wanted

I pretend that I am ok
I feel like no one cares
I touch the hand of the one who cares
I worry that everything wont be ok in the end
I cry when no one is there

I understand im not meant to be ok
