Wings

i want to fly away,
To find some kind of escape from all the pain that people have caused
They dont see what goes on inside
I cant take it anymore

Deep down I know they didn’t mean to,
But they continued anyway

All the thoughts they left running

i want to have wings to fly away
To be a bird and fly away from my problems
Better yet, give you wings so you can fly away from me.

I want wings so that we can fly away together
hoping all the way that the issues won’t come with us
Who am I to tell if it will or not

All I want is for all this pain to disappear....
